E. Non-slip base for added stability and control

F. Small space, this product did not occupied much space in your kitchen.

G.    It will fasten the work you are doing in the kitchen because anything you want to cut will be faster.

How to Use It

To use this sharpener, you need to place it on the edge of a counter or table. There's a V-shaped notch running the entire length of the underside: you position that notch on the edge of a table, so that the entire piece is at a 45 degree angle to the floor. There's a little bit a grip-rubber in the notch to help it stay put. Then, run your (non-serrated) knife through the "coarse" slot, about 15 times. For the best edge, you want to go at a medium pace (not fast, whipping your knife through the slot), and try to keep the knife centered in the slot each time (so that the whetstone pieces inside the slot hit the knife at the same angles on each pass). Then, do another 15 passes on the fine slot. Once that's done, rinse off the entire knife in the sink. Success!
